What do Performance Clothing do with your personal information?
Performance Clothing takes the privacy of its customers very seriously. Any
information collected from Performance Clothing will be treated in the strictest
of confidence.
If you have chosen to receive them, we will use your information to
unsubscribe from this service if you desire. Performance Clothing may also
use the information to process any transactions you undertake with us
and for internal administration and analysis.
Will Performance Clothing disclose my information
to third parties?
Performance Clothing may disclose your information to third parties only for
the purpose of completing your transaction with us, providing the above
services or for administration purposes. For these purposes, we may
send your information internationally, including to countries outside
the EEA. Other countries offer differing levels of protection of personal
information, not all of which may be as high as the UK.
Are Performance Clothing committed to protecting
my personal information?
Performance Clothing do not sell, rent or trade your personal information
to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
In the UK Performance Clothing operate and are registered in accordance with
applicable data protection legislation. This is considered stringent
legislation and we are proud to comply.
How secure is the information I submit?
Performance Clothing never underestimate the importance of security. Performance Clothing’s
security systems take the worrying from ordering over the Internet.
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security for entering your credit card
number. We have a SSL certificate on our server that indicates you are
dealing with a registered and secure company. If you look at the properties
of the actual frame containing the checkout then you will be able to
see that it uses the hyper text transfer protocol - secure (https) protocol,
indicating SSL security. To view the Veri-sign certificate confirming
this click the right hand mouse button on the page where you enter your
credit card details. From the menu that appears select properties and
then certificates. The site will then display the certificate proving
it is secure.
The padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser will indicate that
you are in a secure area of the site and you can be confident your details
will stay safe and personal. Only when you see the padlock symbol should
you divulge your personal and card details.
How long will the order take to be delivered?
Orders will be processed and where possible shipped from the
UK within two working days of receipt. Please allow a maximum of 28
days for delivery.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only. Where
a delivery date is stated, even in writing, Performance Clothing will use
its best endeavours to meet the date, but shall not be liable for any
delay in delivery. Performance Clothing are not liable for duty or seizure
costs incurred during international delivery. A signature may be required
upon delivery. Failure to accept delivery of any or all of the goods
will entitle Performance Clothing to charge in full for the goods and after
a further 28 days charge storage where applicable and insurance on the
value of the goods. No liability for loss or damage to Goods so held
will be accepted.
Damages to or loss of the goods are not the responsibility of Performance Clothing.
Performance Clothing are not responsible for return delivery charges.
How are the products packaged and delivered?
All items ordered will be packaged securely for their transit journey.
Postage and packing details are calculated based on weight of the total
package, ultimate destination and allowing for any special packaging
requirements. Delivery is normally by registered delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer will be expected to
take delivery of the goods when the goods are ready, provided that this
is not prior to payment being received in full.
Can I track my order?
Performance Clothing will contact the customer by e-mail when the customer’s
order is dispatched confirming the expected delivery time. Where possible
this notification will accompany a carrier’s tracking number.
If your goods do not arrive within the expected time please contact
us and your order will be tracked with the carrier.
What happens if not all the products I order
are in stock?
Performance Clothing will endeavour to keep all products in stock at all times,
however occasionally unforeseen customer demand absorbs all available
stocks. Performance Clothing make every effort to remove any out of stock
items from the web store.
Performance Clothing only charges for orders or parts thereof which can be
fulfilled from stock, so in this instance the customers credit cards
will not be debited any amounts for out of stock product. Should any
products out of stock not be indicated on the web site, the customer
will be notified by e-mail or post within seven days of receipt of your
order advising of the revised anticipated delivery date. Any out of
stock items will be shipped when available, with no additional shipping
charges.
Do Performance Clothing have a Returns and Exchange
Policy?
Performance Clothing hopes that all customers will be happy with the quality
of product available from this Internet store. Every effort is made
and no attention to detail spared to ensure goods are sourced from only
the highest quality manufacturers. Performance Clothing aim to satisfy all
our customers and should the customer require a full refund or exchange
can be offered on any item returned in original packaging and saleable
condition within 14 days of purchase.
To speed delivery of the official Performance Clothing merchandise to the
customer Performance Clothing occasionally use appointed agents in some areas
of the world. In this instance goods should be returned to the appointed
agent who is clearly indicated on the customer’s invoice.
The return details on your invoice should be contacted prior to sending
any items back in order to arrange a refund or exchange number. This
will ensure that when the parcel is returned we have details of the
refund or exchange and can arrange a credit to your credit or debit
card.
The customer is responsible for payment of shipping costs and any import
duties liable on returns or exchanges unless a freepost address is supplied
by the local Performance Clothing shipper. Products returned without an authorisation
code or sent to Performance Clothing COD will not be accepted at our warehouse
and will be returned back to you. Please ensure you have enclosed full
details on your query, quoting the authorisation returns code. On the
return of any Goods by the customer to Performance Clothing, we reserve the
right to levy a handling charge of up to 20% on the price of the Goods
supplied to the customer.
How can I pay?
Performance Clothing accepts payment by; MasterCard , Visa, Switch and American
Express.
Please be assured that your credit card transaction is protected and
secure. The Internet is a safe environment in which to shop and Performance Clothing
further ensures this through the 40 bit encryption of all information
received into a secure code with 1,099,511,627,776 combinations!
Each purchase is conducted in a single currency, being pounds sterling.
The actual cost to the customer, if you pay in a different currency,
will vary according to the exchange rate applied by the issuer of your
credit or debit card on the date of billing. Performance Clothing cannot take
responsibility for any discrepancy.
Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the customer until Performance Clothing
has received payment in full of the price of the goods and any other
charges due. All prices shown include local UK sales tax (VAT).
